B & T Upholstery & Repair

I usually don't review, but the interaction I had with Bill made me show his kindness to the world. I just needed some Jute Webbing to repair my sofa. I called him before going there, and he said he could help with that. When I got there, he asked me how much I needed, and I said 12 feet, but he measured 25 feet instead. And I was thinking he is gonna charge me a lot. But when I asked him how much I had to pay for this, he said he wouldn’t change it for this and also gave me free advice on the repair. This was the first most kind thing that happened to me this whole week.

Bill was amazing! I had a coffee can stool I needed to reupholstered. Coffee can stools are unusual these days, but Bill accepted the challenge and I love it! I’ve been sitting on this stool for my entire life. It’s more than a piece of furniture, it’s memories. Only, it’s much more comfortable to sit on than it ever has been before. Thank you, Bill!!

Based on positive online reviews, I contacted Bill about replacing the straps in my two Colonial American rockers. He replied quickly with a reasonable estimate ($250). I delivered the chairs to him Thursday, early afternoon. They were ready by the end of the day! Wow! Bill took the time to explain the different types of straps, so I understood why he would choose a different brand from what was already on the chairs. He also shared his enthusiasm for the craft. I appreciate his dedication and quality work. God bless you, Bill, in this new era of your life!

Bill and his helper were very nice! They did a super great job on my headboard. Now it looks even better than before, when I bought my bed. My wife and I are very happy with the results!!! I have attached a couple photos so that you can see the difference between before and now.

Everything about my experience with B&T entirely exceeded my expectations. I called in the afternoon on Saturday to inquire about reupholstering two leather bar stools with leather I was providing, the stools were done on Sunday about 24 hours later. Bill, the owner, was pleasant, professional and friendly in every interaction. The workmanship is outstanding and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend B&T and I will most definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Bill! :)
